Overview
The short version
KongPlayer may use device, usage, purchase, and advertising information to provide the app, improve performance, deliver notifications, manage subscriptions, and show or measure advertising. KongPlayer does not sell your personal information for money.
Your media files and playback content stay on your device unless you choose to use a feature that sends content elsewhere. We do not use your personal media to build advertising profiles.
Information we handle
What may be collected
The information collected depends on the features you use, your device settings, consent choices, and whether a third-party service is active.
Device & identifiers
Device model, operating system, language, IP address, advertising identifier, app instance identifiers, and similar technical data.
App activity
Feature interactions, session information, ad views, approximate diagnostics, performance data, and crash reports.
Purchases
Subscription status, product purchased, transaction status, and entitlement information. Payment details are handled by Apple.
Notifications
Push notification token, delivery and engagement data, and preferences when you allow notifications.
We use this information to operate and secure KongPlayer, remember preferences, diagnose problems, understand feature usage, manage subscriptions, communicate with you, and provide, personalize, or measure ads where permitted.
Service providers
Third-party SDKs
KongPlayer integrates the providers below. They may collect information directly from your device and process it under their own privacy policies. Availability can vary by app version, region, and consent status.
Advertising partners may use identifiers and app activity to select, deliver, limit, and measure ads. Where required, KongPlayer requests permission before accessing Apple’s advertising identifier or using data for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.

Your privacy choices

You can deny or change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings → Notifications → KongPlayer.
- ✓Personalized ads
Use the consent or privacy controls shown in the app, when available, or adjust your device privacy settings.
- ✓Access or deletion
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control. We may need to verify your request.
Storage & security
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ for each provider.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards.
Age limits
Children’s privacy
KongPlayer is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as KongPlayer or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
